INSURANCE We will be happy to assist you with your insurance claims either by processing them electronically or sending them by regular mail for you. To avoid misunderstandings regarding dental insurance, we want our patients to know that all professional services rendered are charged directly to the patient and that patients are personally responsible for payment of fees. We will prepare necessary forms or predeterminations to help you obtain your benefits from the insurance company. We do not render our services on the basis that insurance companies will pay all our fees. Each fee is for the individual patient. Please be aware of the details and coverage of your insurance plan. Keeping us updated on any changes to your plan and contact information will help us to provide you with efficient service.
Our receptionists will attempt to schedule appointments that are most convenient for you and that fit your personal schedule. You can help by scheduling your appointments when you are certain that you will be able to come. If you ever find that you cannot keep your appointment, we request that you let us know as far in advance as possible. We ask for a minimum of two business days notice, or a missed appointment fee will apply. Once an appointment is made please remember that this time has been reserved for you.
