How to Use the App

1. Main screen (home)

a) Once you are in the main screen, all you have to do is check which symptom you have (use the trackball to move down), then click the symptom to bring up the details. To go back to the main screen, simply click the blackberry back button.

b) To access other screens, hit the “Blackberry” “B” button (those 7 dots to the left of the trackball). A menu screen will appear. Scroll down to which menu item you want and hit the trackball button.

c) You can also move the trackball over the “Call Now” button, then press it to call us.

2. Numbers: This screen contains emergency numbers. PoisonControl etc. It is setup with mostly Peel region numbers, but you can add what ever you want.

a) In the numbers screen, there are many emergency contacts pre loaded.
b) To call any one of the numbers, simply scroll down, find the number and tap once on it to call.
c) ** To edit a number: unfortunately, you cannot edit the number in place. You must click “Add” button, then put in the name and number. Or delete a number then start over.
d) To add a number, simply click the “Add” button. Enter the details for the number.
e) To delete a number, simply scroll to the number you want to delete, click the “Blackberry” Button, then click the “delete” command.

3. Contact

In the contact screen, you can click on a number of buttons:

a) Call us
b) Email us
c) Facebook – loads up Dr. Bobby Brown’s Facebook page
d) Map – shows location of the office

4. About

In the about page, there is a disclaimer plus a way to get help and updates (loads this page)
